AI product and systems builder with an unconventional path from frontline human services into software, workflow architecture, governed AI, platform infrastructure, and technical implementation. Since 2023, I have led The Human Code as an independent product and systems initiative, turning high-context human problems into explicit state models, public-safe prototypes, production routing, database contracts, governance primitives, tests, accessibility requirements, privacy boundaries, rollback plans, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Selected accomplishments

  • Built and published a recruiter-facing Human Code career portfolio, Universe Atlas, seven immersive case-study experiences, public product surfaces, and evidence/maturity presentation system.
  • Built Continuity Wallet as a public Platform Core surface connecting identity, consent, contextual roles, routing, receipts, packet/export behavior, audit behavior, and portable continuity.
  • Built Human Pages v1 with email magic-link identity, path-based public profiles, permanent username claims, reserved-route protection, owner-only drafts, explicit publish state, immutable versions, restore-to-draft behavior, guestbook moderation, and authenticated profile reporting.
  • Designed and shipped simplified contextual sign-in that derives application context from a safe same-origin return route and keeps identity separate from permission and consent.
  • Built QR/deep-link contextual assistance that preserves bounded category context through sign-in without placing free-text questions or protected information in URLs.
  • Converted contextual “Need help?” routing from a 12-surface feature into a registry-driven public-platform invariant with build-time discovery and CI failure for unregistered public surfaces.
  • Built Smart Family Flow as a functioning synthetic two-sided workflow for plain-language need intake, claim/assignment, follow-up, resolution, and audit behavior.
  • Built Treatment Signal, Workforce Continuity, Recovery Operations, CourtChain, and Continuity Mirror surfaces around ownership, handoffs, verification, accessibility, privacy, and human authority.
  • Elevated HomeKey into a first-class public housing-continuity concept while preserving its SPECIFIED / not-deployed maturity boundary.
  • Designed HCOS governed AI execution patterns separating model capability from human authority, with scoped context, policy-aware routing, fallback, verification, provenance, schema validation, receipts, and retention boundaries.
  • Established the provider/capability/policy/routing/receipt control model used to keep AI providers replaceable while preserving identity, authority state, provenance, and continuity.

  • Developed Collective Authority and AI Pluralism patterns that prevent agent communication, consensus, registry membership, or tool availability from manufacturing permission.
  • Built protected-identifier HMAC scanning, bounded private-retention policy, ontology validation, ecosystem-boundary validation, public-safety scans, and fail-closed release gates.
  • Built real headless-browser interaction tests that click public controls, verify populated outcomes, exercise contextual choices, and catch routing/UI regressions before release.
  • Used preview-first exact-head CI, Vercel deployment verification, rollback planning, HTML parsing, reduced-motion support, keyboard semantics, and mobile-safe layout constraints as recurring release discipline.
  • Preserved a private technical archive behind a server-side access gate using HMAC-signed expiring cookies, no-store/noindex headers, and fail-closed behavior when required secrets are absent.
  • Led a public narrative redesign that translated architecture-first language into six guided human scenarios spanning housing, work, healthcare, family services, legal continuity, and AI.
