What do you already have?
A skill, service, product, tool, space, time or unused business capacity.
PUBLIC EXPERIMENT · P0
Money gets tight. People still have skills, tools, time, products and unused capacity. Droski Exchange is an experimental trade + barter platform designed to make that value easier to see—and easier to exchange fairly.
No crypto. No token. No money moves here. This preview teaches the idea and tests matching.
This is a preparedness experiment, not a prediction. If household budgets get tighter or local businesses have unused capacity, people should already understand another way to exchange value.

1 · OFFER
A skill, service, product, tool, space, time or unused business capacity.
2 · NEED
Tell the network what you need instead of endlessly browsing listings.
3 · MATCH
Direct trade when possible. Multi-person paths when a simple swap does not work.
TRY THE EXPERIMENT
Nothing is submitted or saved. Pick one thing you could offer and one thing you need. The demo searches a fictional local network.
Choose what you have and what you need. We’ll connect the dots.
ENTERPRISE MODEL · THREE LANES
The safest version of Droski Exchange does not blur money, barter and volunteering together. It routes each activity into the right lane.
EXCHANGE
Goods, services, skills, space and time can be exchanged directly or through multi-person matches.
COMMUNITY
Volunteer, mentor, teach, repair, organize or help a neighbor because the community needs it—not because the network owes you back.
COMMERCE
Commercial labor belongs in normal paid or clearly negotiated trade relationships. “Volunteer” should never become a disguise for free business labor.
DROSKI COMMUNITY COMMONS
The Community Commons is the mission layer beside the Exchange: a place for verified nonprofit/public opportunities, community projects, mentoring, teaching and informal neighbor-to-neighbor help.
Volunteer work ≠ exchange credit. A person who volunteers does not automatically create a financial claim against the network.
Community help ≠ commercial labor. If a business needs productive work, the system routes that need to paid work or negotiated exchange.
Help someone learn sewing, coding, photography, budgeting basics or another useful skill.

Host verification required before real listingHelp greet people, explain the experiment and connect visitors to the right station.

COMMUNITY IMPACT WITHOUT A SOCIAL SCORE
A future receipt can confirm that someone showed up or completed an approved community activity.
Capture what was taught or learned without turning it into a currency balance.
Measure community outcomes at an aggregate level—meals, repairs, mentoring sessions, cleanup hours.
Public recognition should be opt-in; sensitive support needs stay private.
IMPORTANT
🤝 People decide
Humans review and accept every real trade.
💵 Cash can still exist
Future trades could mix barter + cash where appropriate.
🧾 Keep records
Future receipts can document what was actually agreed and delivered.
🛡️ Trust needs evidence
Verified outcomes—not a universal “human score.”

BUILD THIS WITH US
This is deliberately experimental. The most valuable thing right now is hearing what real people understand, distrust, want, or would actually trade.

Comments will be attached to an authenticated Human Code account when the feedback data lane is activated.
WHAT WE WANT TO LEARN
“Would this help you if cash was tight?”
“What would make you trust a trade with someone new?”
“What should Droski never automate?”
